"Amital Real Estate" Website is part of "Amital Real Estate LTD". The company was established in 1996 and is now operating two Websites and several Brokerage offices throughout central Israel.

The company owners and agents hold a real-estate license from the Israeli department of Justice.
In addition to brokerage of second hand properties the company markets new and first hand real-estate projects.

Method of brokerage

The negotiation on our website is handled using a biding system. This innovative system is based on the sale of properties, most of which are photographed, that are introduced to the buyers.
The property that is advertised on our website is exposed to thousands of potential buyers each month. The buyer can brows the properties in the pool, watch the photographs in the catalog, choose the right ones suited for him and place an offer.

It is possible to view every property on our website using the search engine. The sorting and search of the properties are handled in the order decided by the user, like area, city, number or rooms, price, the kind of property, and the designated means (sale or rent).
The buyer can choose the criteria that will be used for the sorting of the property. The seller and the buyer can see all the price offers that were submitted for a specific property,
The seller can change the asking price for his property and the buyer can update his offer for the purpose of "bringing" closer the two sides.
All this procedure is of course cost free until the closing of the deal. After the deal is made the two sides will pay the brokerage fee.
